At XJ Stays, we offer two beautifully curated Florida short term rentals alongside a growing collection of luxury resorts through our exclusive travel partnerships. Whether you're booking one of our private Florida units or selecting a resort stay through our travel network, the goal is the same: elevated comfort, thoughtful design, and unmatched hospitality.

Our History
XJ Stays began with a couple from New York who turned a love of travel into a way of hosting. What started with one home grew into a small portfolio across Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Florida, each one chosen because we'd want to stay there ourselves.
In May, we welcomed a new addition to the family, and the way we host has only gotten more intentional. Every property reflects the kind of trip we'd plan for the people we love.
